  • The lecture will be from 07:00 am - 11:00 am 
Saturday (07/15/2023)  Chinquapin Aquatics Facility in Alexandria, Virginia
  • The pool session will be from 01:00 pm – 03:30 pm 
Sunday (07/16/2023) Lake Phoenix - Rawlings, VA
  • Meet at the quarry gate at 8:30 am
  • In the quarry from 09:00 - 11:30 pm
  • Class wrap up 12:00 - 12:30 pm
